Yucatan Honey is produced by bees in Yucatán, a peninsula in eastern Mexico. This polyfloral honey is produced from the nectar of wild flowers, thistles and cacti. The honey is characterised by a very light brownish colour and a classic, sweet flavour. This honey is available in both solid and liquid variants.
