Forest

Our liquid Forest Honey is produced by bees in Italy from honeydew of mostly pine trees. It has a deep, almost bitter taste and is dark transparent in colour.

Our solid Forest Honey originates in Tasmania, Australia, and is mainly won from Leatherwood trees (Eucryphia Lucida). Though this honey is pale and almost pearl-like in appearance, the taste is spicy and quite strong.
