Clover Honey is produced by bees from the nectar of the white clover (Trifolium Repens). This monofloral honey has a white colour and is characterised by a fast crystallisation. The honey is creamy and has a soft, sweet flavour. Weyn's offers Canadian as well as Italian Clover Honey.
